  We ordered a Lily and iris blue and yellow tear drop spray we saw on the interflora site . We took a trip to williamson design florist shop 22 douglas street Dunfermline and shared our thoughts and what would like written on the card.The staff at williliamson design were so helpful, it made the difficult time we faced less stressful.The flowers were delivered to the funeral parlour and and then onto the cemetery. The flowers were beautiful and brilliant quality. We will never go any where else for our flowers.

  I am incredibly disappointed in the customer service I received from a young woman (possibly the Manager) in the shop today. I have never seen such passive aggression levelled towards another member of their own staff and also to myself. Even my young daughter was moved to remark how bad mannered this person was. Sorry if my order inconvenienced you and yes you may be happy to have "just charged HER a tenner" for a single rose but it's the last tenner you'll get from me.
