  Some vacant units, and several shops that may be considered by some to be less prestige... But there is a Debenhams, Starbucks, number of clothes and sports shops etc - so overall not bad. Clean and reasonably modern. But watch out for excessive parking charges if you use the car park... Particularly annoying is that a good chunk of the first floor of the car park is blocked off for a car valeting business, and yet you are still expected to pay a *lot* compared to other town centre car parks. To me, that makes me feel exploited, and as a result I don't visit as often as I otherwise would, and would elect to shop out of town instead.
